New Senior Trainer Certified: Welcome, Joy

We are pleased to announce the official certification of the LSCI Institute’s newest Senior Trainer, Ms. Joy Valley. Joy works in the Special Education Department at the Queens South Field Support Center in Queens, NY. She has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education (Mathematics) and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration.
