Shuttle Information for Conference Attendees

Hello everyone,

We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow for the opening of our 2025-26 Trainer Recertification Conference!

If you will be taking advantage of our shuttle transportation, please see the schedule below. As you can see, the shuttle will pick up/drop off participants at both the Hilton Garden Inn and the Delta Hotel. Please note the exact times for each.

 3:45 pm : Bus arrives at Hilton Garden Inn
 4:10 pm: Bus departs Hilton Garden Inn for the Delta Hotel
 4:15 pm: Bus arrives at the Delta Hotel
 4:25 pm: Bus departs the Delta Hotel for KidsPeace
 5:00 pm: Bus arrives at KidsPeace
 7:30 pm: Bus departs KidsPeace
 8:00 pm: Bus returns guests to the Delta Hotel & Hilton Garden Inn

Saturday, June 28, 2025:
 7:40 am: Bus arrives at Hilton Garden Inn
 8:00 am: Bus departs Hilton Garden Inn for the Delta Hotel
 8:05 am: Bus arrives at the Delta Hotel
 8:15 am: Bus departs the Delta Hotel for KidsPeace
 8:40 am: Bus arrives at KidsPeace
 4:30 pm: Bus returns guests to the Delta Hotel & Hilton Garden Inn
 5:30 pm: Bus departs from the Delta Hotel to Hilton Garden Inn
 5:40 pm: Bus departs Hilton Garden Inn for Shepherd Hills Golf Club
 6:00 pm: Bus arrives at Shepherd Hills Golf Club
